Japanese Music: Chihara Minori (茅原実里)

Chihara Minori (茅原実里, born November 18, 1980) is a Japanese voice actress and singer with roles in several anime series. She is affectionately referred to as "Minorin" (みのりん) by her fans.

As a voice actress, she worked under the agency Avex Planning & Development until March 2013, having created her own office M-Peace in April 2013. With this change, her old blog minorhythm has been replaced by a new one called Smile Days.

One of the anime series through which she has become popular was Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu (涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱), playing the role of Nagato Yuki (長門有希).

As for her musical career, she has been signed under King Records and is currently with Lantis.

She has released many singles, albums, and other works, and has been making a lot of live performances throughout all Japan. Aside from her Live Tours, live performances like the Summer Camp (held at Kawaguchiko Stellar Theater), the Birthday Live and the participation in the Animelo Summer Live, are really popular as well.

In May 30th, 2010, she made one of her biggest dreams come true: to perform in the Nippon Budoukan, one of the most famous stages in Japan. Also, in 2012, she had her first Arena Live at Makuhari Messe, in Chiba.
